Words from the Founder

Originally, we belong to a lower-middle-class family and therefore understand the importance of a job for an individual. That is why we decided to start this venture to help people and generate jobs.

Way back in 1994, we started our journey with a company named Telecon India headed by Prem Lata Sharma (W/o Sh. Ved Prakash Sharma) in the field of facility management services. The aim of launching Telecon India was to generate jobs in the society.

Sh. Ved Prakash Sharma - Head of the family, was working in Railways, so he guided to take Railways as the first assignment for Telecon India. Smt. Prem Lata Sharma started taking tenders/works for cleaning activities. She started her business with small projects and today she stands the business with a strength of approx 150 employees.

In 2011, Our mentor Sh. Ved Prakash Sharma decided to expand the business. He took voluntary retirement from his job. His son Sumit Sharma (MBA - Finance and Marketing) who is working in the private sector also left his job to join the family business. From here, both of them, took the light further to spread.

In 2013 we started a partnership venture VPSSR Facilities, in which all partners form, not just a business but a family. With our passion to expand and generate more and more jobs, currently, both these companies collectively have a team strength of approx 2500.

In this journey of more than 2 decades, VPSSR has become very good Facility Management Services Provider in India. We have a huge list of esteemed clientele and we look forward to serve the entire nation with our uncompromised services.
